Can your site accommodate 250-300 participants in a single space for a plenary session?

Can your site accommodate 250-300 participants for breakfast and hot lunch?

Can your site accommodate 2 rooms simultaneously to accommodate 300 participants total? (e.g. one rooms holds 100-150 people and the other room also holds 100-150 people)

Do you have outdoor space available for a breakout session of 100-150 people?

Does your venue have the capability to provide two laptops and PowerPoint projectors simultaneously?

Do you provide on-site Information Technology (IT) Specialists during our educational sessions?

Is there a separate smaller meeting room to accommodate 25 participants with tables and chairs?

In all presentation rooms we would expect audio system, wall screens, and water dispenser/carafes, with water and cups in one location. Can you provide this? Y or N

Does the site have an exhibit hall or an area on site that could accommodate up to 10 vendors (typically outside if during summer)

Does the venue have a registration area that can accommodate four people and table space for 300 name tags, plus additional area for selling items (e.g. books, shirts, etc; approx 3 tables)?

Does the venue accommodate parking for 200 vehicles?
