WAA 2020 Spring Day of Service

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.

Due to COVID-19, we are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our members and our leadership team. We are monitoring all guidelines and updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Wisconsin Department of Health. 

We are taking extra precautions to do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.

• The March 18^th Day of Service will be rescheduled for a later date.
• The April 2^nd BOD meeting will be switched to an online Zoom Meeting. 
• The April 27^th ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) RENEWAL will be rescheduled for a later date.  The ISA will be working directly with the WAA to ensure no one is penalized if their credential expires due to this cancellation.  Please be patient as we work thru the rescheduling or refund process.  We will keep you updated via email.
• The April 28^th to April 30^th ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) will be rescheduled for a later date.  Again,please be patient as we work thru the rescheduling or refund process.  We will keep you updated via email.

We will continue to monitor local and federal government recommendations closely, as the current status continues to evolve. Future updates, if any, will be shared via email.  We recognize this is an unprecedented and unique situation and appreciate your flexibility and support. Our website will be updated as soon as possible with all changes.

When: Wednesday, March 18. at 730 am until completed CANCELLED Where: Sun Prairie Fireman & Dream Park at 415 Park St, Sun Prairie, WI
What: Lots of tree pruning needed, including:
– Medium sized shade trees around the large playground area.
– Mature Oaks in need of dead limb removal.
– (5) Mature tree removals.

​Climbers, Bucket truck(s), Tracked Lift(s), Mini Loaders, and a Stump Grinder are all appreciated and needed.
Lunch will be provided.
