Mark Drow Memorial Scholarship Application

This scholarship honors Mark Drow, a longtime arborist and WAA member who sadly passed away in 2025. After graduating from high school, Mark knew he wanted to pursue a career in arboriculture but faced financial challenges that made enrolling in his preferred educational program difficult. This scholarship honors his memory by helping aspiring arborists overcome similar financial barriers and pursue their own careers in the industry.

In your essay to upload below, please thoroughly describe how these funds could help your aspirations to enter the field of arboriculture, your background, and your desired career path.
