We are hiring for a crew leader to help out on the 2nd crew we would like to form.
- $24-33 per hour depending on skill set

We are growing here at Eagle Tree Care and we need a crew leader who can step in when our current crew leader is out stump grinding or on vacation. This person needs to be good with talking to clients and also be able to give orders to other employees. Climbing and Aerial work with a lift would also be a plus.
John Thieme is the owner of ETC and is a 2005 graduate of Mid-state tech in Wisconsin Rapids. We also have 2 other employees who are Mid-State graduates. Tristan & Tanner been with Eagle for 5+ years and are very knowledgeable at what they do. The company values teaching its employees to make them the best Arborist possible. If you want to learn it, we will teach it to you.
John has strong family values and also knows that the best way to keep employees is through profit sharing and time with family. The company gives back to the community with outreach opportunities and we are heavily involved in UWSP and Mid-state.
Equipment: 2025 platform basket 22.10 (72’ track lift) 2019 ford chip truck 22-yard box, 80 by 80 shop built in 2020, John Deer 3046R tractor with grapple, 2025 Bandit 15” chipper, 2016 Vermeer stump grinder.
