This position ensures the safety, value, and aesthetics of a landscape through assessment, diagnosis, and appraisal of landscapes and practices related to the arboricultural field. Our consulting operations are growing. As the Consulting Arborist II, you will be responsible for day to day tree inventory assessments using geographic information systems (GIS). You will also assist with tree risk assessments and appraisals. This position will report to the Consulting Department Manager while supervising 1-4 arborists on municipal/commercial tree inventory projects located throughout the Midwest. This position will assist in general arboriculture field production as needed.

Work in all areas of the tree care industry with a progressive leader in the field located in Southeastern WI.  This position will expose you to most areas of a commercial tree care business.  Duties include:

  • Tree inventory (using GIS technology)
  • Tree risk assessments
  • Tree appraisal/valuation
  • Pruning
  • Removals
  • Planting
  • Plant Health Care treatments:

– Trunk injections    – Soil injections     – Foliar applications


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • ISA Arborist Certification preferred
  • Wisconsin State Pesticide Applicator’s License preferred
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
