DESCRIPTION:We are excited to finally be in-person again!  Please join the WAA at our next Fall Seminar. Enjoy the breathtaking lake views and the facilities at Army Lake Camp & Retreat Center in East Troy\, WI. The Program Committee has put together another outstanding educational event. We are offering Two Tracks of Education\, one indoors and one outdoors\, along with an outdoor demonstration of electric power equipment.  Our indoor track offers information on fruit tree management\, root rots and local forest products markets.  Our outdoor track will consist of aerial lift inspections\, Skyline alternatives and trailer safety and load securement.  ALL of the sessions will be repeated\, so you won’t miss anything. A buffet-style lunch will be served while you enjoy spending time with all your friends and colleagues you haven’t seen in a long time. SUMMARY:2021 Tree Climbing Championship
DESCRIPTION:Erb Park\, Appleton\, WI\n\n\n\nGear Inspection will be at 12 noon Friday\, September 17th. Followed by a walk-through of Preliminary Events. The first two preliminary events will start by 2pm on Friday the 17th. (Belayed Speed Climb & Ascent Events). \n\n\n\nSaturday 7am Check in\, 7:30am start\, 2pm Masters’ Challenge. \n\n\n\nThere will be a few new things at the TCC this year\, and we only have thirty spots for competitors. The success of our event would not be possible without the support of our many great Sponsors and Volunteers. Sign up early and come join us to compete or help\, you won’t regret the experience. \n\n\n\nYou must pre-register for this competition\, and competitors must be current WAA members.  30 spots are available for competitors.  Register on time\, as the number of contestants is limited.  In agreement with other ISA chapters\, competitors may compete in only one chapter championship per year\, preferably their home chapter.  Contestants will be scheduled for all 5 preliminary events. \n\n\n\nNo ArborFair will be held this year due to Covid-19 concerns.  Covid protocols will be followed during the event.
