DESCRIPTION:Why should we preserve trees during development? In this brief webinar we will discuss the importance of tree preservation during the construction process. Some stakeholders may not see the benefits of preserving trees throughout construction. We will provide a better understanding of the importance of tree preservation so you can better inform others as to the benefits of protecting trees during development and adhering to industry standards and best management practices. \n\n\n\nJoin us for this FREE live webinar that is a prelude to the WAA Summer Conference which ties into JP McDonnell’s talk called “Tree Preservation During Construction: Where Can Arborists Have an Impact?” \n\n\n\n0.5 CEUs available \n\n\n\nPre-registration is required. He has completed over 100 consulting assignments in ten states in the last two years. Prior to SavATree\, he was an Urban Forester at NYC Parks. JP is an ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist\, ISA Certified Arborist and is Tree Risk Assessment Qualified. He serves on ISA’s Appeals Committee and Certification Test Committee\, ASCA’s Membership Committee\, and is SavATree’s Alternate Representative of the ASC A300 Committee.
