Society of Arboriculture
Our parent organization, the International Society of Arboriculture is a
worldwide professional organization dedicated to fostering a greater
appreciation for trees and to promoting research, technology, and the
professional practice of arboriculture.
Tour Des Trees
Tour des Trees is an annual one-week cycling
event that raises money for the Tree Research and Education Endowment (TREE)
Fund, and promotes the importance of urban and community trees and their
proper care.
Student
Society of Arboriculture at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
We are the local, campus branch of the WAA with student members who care
about trees and are interested in a career in urban forestry or
arboriculture.
Tree Care Industry Association
Established in 1938 as the National Arborist Association, today's TCIA is a
trade association of more than 2,300 commercial tree care firms and
affiliated companies. TCIA develops safety and education programs, standards
of tree care practice, and management information for arboriculture firms
around the world.
